Return / Refund Policy

At BSK Sea Food Export, we deal with fresh and highly perishable seafood products. Because of this, we do not accept returns or replacements under any circumstances.

No Return Policy

  • Once the order is delivered, we do not take back any products.
  • Seafood items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, and quality reasons.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided unless there is a proven issue caused directly by our company.

A refund may be considered only in the following rare situations:

  • You received the wrong item due to our mistake.
  • The product was damaged at the time of delivery, and clear proof is provided immediately.

Conditions for Refund (If Applicable)

  • Proof (photos/videos) must be shared within 30 minutes to 1 hour of receiving the order.
  • Verification is required before processing the refund.
  • After verification, the refund will be initiated to the customer’s payment method or as store credit.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after placing the order
  • Incorrect address or customer not available at delivery time
  • Delay caused by weather or transportation issues
  • Taste preference or personal dissatisfaction
  • Products stored improperly after delivery
